Season 2 of the Secret Life of the American Teenager Episodes 5-9

Now in season 2 I am about to share episodes 5-9. First of all, a really juicy rumor about the Juergens family is going around school. Also, Ben is preferring to go alone on his trip to Italy, but Amy wants to tag along with her baby. Ricky isn't too happy about her wanting to go with Ben because he wants to see his son during the summer break. Grace isn't too happy about what her mom is planning on doing with her father's clothes and other belongings. Ben's future mother-in-law who is hiding a big secret that he thinks his dad doesn’t know about. Ben is preparing to leave for Italy, while Amy comes to realize that she has to work and attend summer school. Later on, Jack is getting ready for football camp, and Grace has some options on what to do for summer.

As summer is coming to an end, Ben is thinking about whether he wants to continue his relationship with Amy. I think that Ben and Amy don’t belong together and should break up because Ben isn’t a very good dad to Jon but Ricky is. Next, Grace returns from medical camp with an unpleasant attitude that doesn't go well with her family or friends. Amy doesn't approve of her mother's new boyfriend until he bribes her in a very shocking way. Ashley starts her first day of high school with an unbelievable start. Adrian wants Anne and George to get back together but for different reason. Meanwhile, Anne is making some important decisions about her future with David. Ricky fears that he will lose his privileges to see his son. Anne starts to date again, and Amy and Ashley are surprised when they meet her date. I think this show is getting more and more dramatic by the episode. Amy just had a baby but know her mom is now that is just weird. Watch these episodes to learn what’s going on and what is happening in Secret life of the American teenager. You might actually learn something.

Finally in season 2 we start episodes 1-4. Since Amy had her baby she is struggling with teen motherhood. Ben’s father meets a new woman and very interesting. Ben isn’t so happy with it right away but he accepts that his dad is happy. Mean while Adrian’s dad tries to reconnect with her and try to get in a better father daughter relationship. Later Ben is worried because he doesn’t know what role he plays in Amy’s new life. Grace begins to pull away from everyone when her father dies and Ricky tries to help her and make her feel better. Amy wants time off from her work and her mother duties to go to Dr. Bowmen’s funeral. I sorry but can tell you how he died but you’re going to have to figure it out on your own.

Later, Adrian gets an unexpected visit from her father. Amy is trying to cope with the mother lifestyle and she lack the time she has for herself. Ben is figuring out what he’s going to do for summer break, while Grace is slowly trying to recover from the tragedy that happened to her family. I think that Amy is doing an excellent job on being a teenage mother. Also I think Grace will get over the tragedy in her family because she is strong and she can do anything she believes in. Watch these episodes to find out what happens and how everyone will cope with being in lots of drama. Do you think that Amy is doing a good job on being a mother so far? Do you think that Grace will recover from the tragedy? Leave a comment so I can know what you are thinking!!

Episodes 20-23 of the Secret Life of the American Teenager

Still in season one and coming to the end of it, which is the episodes 20-23. They get way more intense. First, Amy doesn’t know what to do about the baby, so she goes to her friends for advice. What do you think that she should do, keep the baby or put it up for adoption? Watch this episode and you will find out. Adrian and Grace are planning a baby shower for Amy and they are having trouble with getting everything ready. Also, Adrian is getting distracted waiting for her brother to call, she forgets to invite people to the baby shower. In addition, while Amy was on her way to the party, she goes into labor. This is what I mean by everything getting way more intense.

While Amy waits for her baby to be born, she remembers when she first meets Ricky at band camp. In addition, friends and family come to the hospital for the birth of Amy’s baby. Amy also has some trouble with becoming a teen mother. Ashley and George move out of the house and find a new one to live in. I think that even though Amy is having trouble at first with her new baby she will get the hang of it. Also you’re going to have to watch these episodes to find out if she keeps her baby or if she puts it up for adoption. I hope she keeps the baby and gets the hang of motherhood, which she probably would. Watch these episodes to find out what happens and it might actually teach you a lesson.

Secret Life of the American Teenager Episodes 15-19

Now that Amy is more pregnant we can learn a glimpse of what happen in episodes 15-19. Amy can go to the doctor to find out the gender of her baby. I can’t tell you if she does or not, but it leaves you really wanting to know if she does. Also, Amy and Ricky consider adoption an option, but I think they should keep the baby, because she might regret it later. For the time being, George's co-worker shows passion in adopting Amy's baby. Ben and Amy struggle when Ben tells her that he wants some time all by himself, meanwhile Anne and George are looking for people to adapt Amy’s baby.

Ashley is trying really hard to get Ben and Amy back together after they have a fight, because Amy is having Ricky’s baby. Amy is thinking about giving it up for adoption because she wants to keep Ben. Ricky is trying to stop them from thinking about adoption because he wants to be a good father. Ricky realizes that he loves Amy, so he will meet the people that might adopt their baby, so everyone is happy. Later, Adrian is thinking about changing her style, while Jack is trying to raise money for underprivileged children. Amy and her mother are looking for a job, even though Amy doesn’t feel qualified. I think that Amy should keep the baby and not put it up for adoption. I think that because maybe in the future she will regret it and want the baby back. What do you think that Amy should do, keep the baby or give it up for adoption? Also what do you think Amy finds out the gender of her baby or wait till it’s born? I think you all should watch these episodes to find out what happen, and what Amy decides to do.

Episodes 10-14 of the Secret Life of the American Teenager

The episodes 10-14 still of season 1 are getting more and more dramatic. To start, Amy goes back to school after being out for a while. Also, Cindy Lee who is Adrian mom wants her to get in a better relationship with her father because she just found him after 15 years. Adrian disappears and her father call’s the police because she is missing from school. In other words, the school finds out that Ricky visits Dr. Fields, who is a counselor. Ben and Amy marry in secret with their friends by their sides. I think that getting married at 15 isn’t good idea because they have their whole lives a head of them and they might change their mind by the time that they would be getting married.

Anne and George get meet up after Ben and Amy’s parents find out that they got married in secret. Also Adrian’s dad-Rubin who is a cop is trying to find out where they got the fake ID’s from. They used the fake ID’s for the wedding because they couldn’t get married unless they were old enough. Ricky’s father comes to down to tell Ricky how to be a parent even though Ricky’s dad wasn’t a good parent to him. This is an explanation on what all happened through these stages. Amy only wants to marry Ben because she wants a father for her baby and since Ben is her boyfriend she thought that was a good ideas and Ben is like overjoyed about this. I think Ricky would be a good father for the baby, even though what he done is the past, he would be more caring and nicer know that he will be a father. Find out more by watching these episodes and you will want more.

Secret Life of the American Teenager Episodes 5-9

Continuing the episodes 5-9 in a glimpse of what happened. Ben, who becomes Amy’s boyfriend, finds out that she is pregnant so he decides to propose to her. That sounds so crazy. Why would you propose to someone when you are 15 years old and still in high school. Well in the meantime Amy is thinking about getting an abortion. Amy’s dad- George leaves home then moves in with Cindy Lee who is Adrian’s mom. In other news, Amy finally tells her mom that she is pregnant and her mother takes it… well she kind of flipped out. Amy also isn’t in school for a while so rumors are spreading that she is getting an abortion. Anne help Amy tell her father that she is pregnant.

Amy wants to move in with her grandma- Mimsy, till the baby is born, and Ricky wants to be involved in the baby’s life. Also, Anne didn’t tell Mimsy that George had left. Grace and Adrian become friends. Tom (who is Grace’s brother) hires a “friend”. Lauran (who is Amy’s best friend) is caught kissing Ricky. I think these episodes are the kind of dramatic because it’s when Amy is starting to really consider all of her options on what to with the baby like: abortion, adoption, or keeping it. I think that she should keep the baby and especially not go with abortion. I can’t tell you what really happens in these episodes because it wouldn’t be very much fun when you actually see them. So you’re going to have to find out if Amy goes to live with her grandma, and what she does with the baby.

First Four episodes of Secret life of the American Teenager

What happened in the first 4 episodes. Secret life of the American teenager is about Amy Juergens who becomes pregnant at the age of 15 because of one night at band camp. She first meets Ricky Underwood at band camp who is the father of the baby. After Amy realizes that she is pregnant she goes to her best friends, Lauran and Madison who “Accidentally” told the whole school that Amy is pregnant with Ricky’s baby. Then Amy meets Ben who tries to fall in love with her, so he joins the band which Amy is in. Amy and Ben get along great but she didn’t tell him she was pregnant yet.

Also there is Grace, Jack, Adrian (who is Ricky’s girlfriend), Ashley (Amy’s sister), George (Amy’s dad), and Anne (Amy’s mom). Well Grace and Jack are boy friend and girl friend. Jack is the football player and Grace is a cheerleader. Ben tries to kiss Amy but I can’t tell you if they do, or she turns him down. They have lots of drama and everything gets so mixed up between all the cast. But you’re going to have to watch this dramatic show to find out what it’s all about. It’s really entertaining and you’ll get hooked on it right away……unless you don’t like teen drama. I think it’s a good show to tell you not to get pregnant and what you all go through, so you wouldn’t want to. I think you’ll really like this show and I’ll recommend this to everyone, not just because it’s about a pregnant girl, but it also can teach you a lesson.

First Semester Portfolio- Piece I'd Like to Revise

The piece I would like to revise is the cause effect essay. I don’t think I did very well at it and I know that I could be better. My cause effect essay is about going to leadership camp and my friends and I decided to climb up a steep hill. Since I didn’t have time to put my tennis shoes on I put on my flip flops which I regretted. My feet hurt so badly and I wish I did take time to put on my tennis shoes.

There are some parts that are good but most of it isn’t. The second and third paragraphs I think are the worst and I wish they were better. The best I think were the 4th and the conclusion. For changing it, I would add more helping verbs, Awubis, metaphors, imagery, and similes. I would change it because I think it would make it better and more interesting. I like this essay but I just think the wording could be better.

When I was at leadership camp in the Black Hills, also called Storm Mountain, and during free time, a couple of my friends and I had endeavored to climb the steepest mountain at camp. The climb started with me not having time to grab my sneakers, so I wore ... flip-flops. Can you believe that? By the time we'd covered the first couple feet, I soon realized wearing flip-flops for a hike was a dreadful idea.

First is the scenery that we saw going up the mountain. We knew that it was going to be a steep mountain. As when we looked at it, it's steeper than it looks. The sign says Paradise Hill, in black letters on a wood sign. As we get closer to the hill we say to one another " Are we sure that we want to go up this." We did because if we didn't I wouldn't be writing about this topic right know. As we were going up there was a lot of things to look at. There were tall trees, bushes, and a little ways up there was a big sitting area with a fire pit. Also there was really pretty flowers too, I wanted to smell them but I didn't know if they were bad or not.

I think next is the best, because the scenery was so amazing. As we got to the top the view was so unbelievable. As we were on the mountain, in the distance there was another mountain and looking so tall that it was up to the clouds. My friend McKenzie said" That's a picture perfect view," I also agreed with her. Also looking at the other mountain my friend Anna said, “That would be the best mountain to climb; I wish we could be over there." Another wonderful part was the sunset view. It was so pretty I thought that I was in a magazine or on TV. The views just looked so unreal but so worth climbing up the mountain for. Right know I wish I was up there because not just for the views but for the relaxation of the scenery.

Also the negative effects were trying to get up and down and it being painful. Trying to go up and down the steep mountain in flip flops is not a good activity that I would recommend. First, as you are going up you just about fall flat on your face. Also going down you can't stop so you practically are running down the mountain in flip flops. This brings falling flat on your face. Also it's painful because when you're wearing flip flops it hurts your feet, your legs, and you stub on a lot of things. A couple times I did stub my toe which hurt really bad. Also on the way down I didn't have control so I ran into a bush and I thought it was poison ivy so I was petrified the rest of the day.

In conclusion, I learned that wearing flip flops hiking isn't the best idea in the world especially
when it is a steep mountain. Also going down slowly is the best way possible because you have more control and you aren't running down the hill. Another thing is that it was hard to do but I learned to push myself and the results can be worth the trip. I never knew the scenery would be that beautiful. I'm just glad I didn't give up trying to get up the mountain but to keep going, never quit, and finish what you started.

First Semester Porfolio- My Favorite Piece

My favorite piece from first semester was my place poem video and my place poem. I made my place poem video in animoto. The poem is about the cabins in Okoboji where I go on vacation. I go there sometimes once a year. There are lots of cabins and the lake Okoboji is about a couple steps away. I go there with my family and sometimes go on our jet ski. We swim there and go to the beach. It's a big resort and it's so much fun. Also it's about all that you see, do, and feel when you are at the cabins.

It’s my favorite piece because that is my favorite place to go on vacation and it was so much fun to go there. I thought it was a fun poem and video to make. I got my idea from looking though my pictures and I saw a picture of me on the beach and a picture of the cabin I stayed in. Also another picture of a boat on the water and a picture of my brother and me playing mini golf. The pictures in the of my brother and me, and the other picture of me is when I was little. I love going there and thats why it's my favorite piece and where I got my ideas.

The Cabin
The brown cabin stands tall like a sky scraper,
In the beating hot Iowa sun,
It’s big, spacious, yet cozy,
It’s just about a step or two from the lake,
The lake is blue, clear, and beautiful,
I feel the cold water on my fingers,
And the waves gently beating at my legs,
As far as I can see there are boats, jet skis, and tubes, which are accelerating through the waters, Like a jet flying through the air,
People play, tan, and watch,
From the beaches as sandy as the desert,
There is people swimming,
In the phenomenal Lake Okoboji,
People play mini golf,
Eating delicious ice cream in the parlor,
A lot of people relish the nice relaxation of their vacation,
As if they are at a spa.
There are people grilling on the grills and it smells so good.
I wish you were here!

First Semester Reflection

First Semester went really good. I grew as a language arts student by being able to write a lot better than when last year. What I liked learning again was the synonyms and metaphors because I forgot what they were from last year. As for reading , I read a lot more now than last year I would of never guessing that I would get up to more than 250 pages in one month, which I haven’t ever done. Also writing a lot more is one thing I am trying succeed in. Also what I learned to be better in revising my work which made it a lot better.

What I learned about myself during the first semester is that I feel like I can open up more than in my writings now that I know how to. I can understand more than what I have understood in the past. I like that my imagination grew more because I can think of more things to write about and more things to add to my writing to make them better. The first month or so in the first semester I was having a tough because I really didn’t write that much and I didn’t know how to write the proper way.

Finally the things I needed to do to be a successful student second semester. I needed to be more organized and study more on test or quizzes. I needed to be more creative in my work thing of ways to make it better using synonyms, metaphors, Awubis, literary elements, helping verbs, and a lot more things than that. I think I have done good in my first semester.
